Our second exchange!

Some weeks ago, we made our second exchange. A woman called Mercè, contacted us to change our “ex-actual” book “CooperACCIÓ” for a new novel, “La Sangre de los Inocentes” by Julia Navarro.

A Thursday we went to Mercè’s house. When we were at her home, she gave us the novel, and we gave her the mini book. She accepted to take a little bit of photographs with us, so we were so excited. After, we left her house. Yeah, we had done our second exchange.

The truth? CooperACCIÓ was so hard to change, we don’t know why. The world was like stopping just for us, and we were invisible. Nobody was interested in our project! But.. finally we could do this. And now … ¿who is interested in “La Sangre de los Inocentes” by Julia Navarro? :)

We visit the radio!

Last thursday we went to Radio Sant Sadurní.
We wrote in no-oficial web page of Sant Sadurní about our project. After, when we open our GMAIL we saw a new message. The message was by Rosa Fontanals and she tell us "oh, you can go to the radio if you want, to explain about what're you doing.." and we accept!
So we went there! And we sat and we start to spoke. We tolk about how can people help us and things like this.
And, when we were leaving the radio the phone rangs. ¡RING, RING! Somebody was calling us. And she wanted to help us! Oh yeah, a new victory.
We left de radio and smile. We were so happy!

First exchange!

Last October we did our first exchange.
We left the school at 5 pm with our FIRST object to change; a pencil sharpener (high quality!)

We entered to "Índex" (a place where you can study or use internet). There we had a meeting with Montse (our first OBJECT-CHANGER!). We entered inside and saw she there.

We explained her a little bit about our project, and after she gave us her exchange object (an amazing book called "CooperAcció"). Flash!. Photo!. The first exchange was done.

Goodbye! -we said when we were leaving "Índex", searching for a new object to exchange.-

Is difficult..

Like the "1-year-life-of-Kyle-McDonald".
All the beginnings are difficult, we know it. You don't know how to start, but you always find something. Right?

4th of ESO, 2008. (SANT SADURNI, CATALONIA, SPAIN).
Our teacher say us "you have to do a project. Free way". Ok. We think "oh, we have to do an original and amazing thing, we have to be better than the others!" (yeah, we know that we're so competitives). And -without- thinking, we had a AMAZING, NEW, ORIGINAL, ATRACTIVE and GREAT idea. Why not to do like Kyle McDonald "I changed a red paper clip for a house" but in "small"?

We didn't think more and we catched the first thing that we find. A pencil sharpener (two holes, high quality!). And we started to search someone who wants to do the first change with us. And.. we find it!
